SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDES

Prequalification is not required for these projects.

A firm is not required to request Authorization to Bid to be able to bid on the Small Business Set-Asides. However, any firm wishing to be listed on the For Bid List of Bidders must so indicate to the Department by submitting a Request for Authorization to Bid/Not for Bid Status (BDE 124 INT).

Firms bidding on the Small Business Set-Asides are not required to submit a Bid Bond or a Proposal Guaranty Check with their bid for these projects.

Any firm bidding on a Small Business Set-Aside must submit a complete and correct Qualification and Equipment Inventory Certification Form with each such bid.
